Delivery terms:
Delivery is from Sunday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00
-— The minimum order amount in Kyiv — 300 UAH (free shipping)
— The minimum amount of the order outside the city — 500 UAH (+ 100 UAH delivery)
— If you order today before 19:00 — we will deliver tomorrow, if after 19:00 — the day after tomorrow.
— Every Saturday we have a sanitary day at work. Due to that, orders placed on Thursday after 19:00 and on Friday are delivered on Sunday.
Payment format:
Online payment using an electronic payment system.

1.2. If you would like to apply for a refund, you must write a letter to the e-mail address: a.gudkov@gudfood.com.ua (Application consideration time – 2 working days) and provide your bank account number.
1.3. Only the "Client" who has placed an order on the website and returned it can apply for a refund.
1.4. Refunds are made in non-cash form to the applicant`s bank account within one banking day. Cash refunds are not available.
